We ask for company and contact details and optional approximate team size. ROINET staff use these to respond about member access to your existing group policy.

Who can access it

Platform administrators and the named ROINET staff assigned to your enquiry can read it. The public request reference does not open your details. Sending a request does not create an employee or company account.

What to share here

Please share business requirements only. Do not enter employee names, medical information, identity documents or claim details. If further documents are needed, the assigned team should arrange a private collection route.

Your choices

Your consent allows contact about this request; it is not a marketing subscription. You can ask the team responding to your enquiry to correct your details or stop further follow-up. No automatic deletion period is promised on this page.

Company registration drafts

If you set up Know Your Policy for your company, ROINET saves the company, representative and consent details you enter as a draft, under privacy notice company-registration-privacy-2026-10-24. ROINET staff use them only to verify that the company and its representative are genuine before any workspace is created. A secure cookie lets this browser reopen the draft for up to seven days. Saving a draft or asking for verification sends no email, SMS or other message, and an email domain is never used to find or join an existing company.

While you complete the form

Unsubmitted answers stay in this browser tab’s memory and are lost if you reload or close it. After submission, the request and its follow-up history are saved in the service workspace. Limited network information is hashed for abuse prevention; the enquiry does not store your raw network address.
